What is it?

DailyFix is a specially formulated powdered green tea loaded with 350mg of powerful antioxidants that promote health and weight loss. Conveniently packaged in single serve sachets, they're great on the go.

How much does one sachet make?

Simply shake one sachet in a drink bottle (approx 600-700mls). It is enjoyed cold and comes in three delicious flavours: Citrus, Strawberry/Kiwi and Raspberry.

How often should I drink it?

Drink one a day for general well being. Or two a day to assist with your fitness goals.

Why is it so good?

Green tea, the staple of many Asian diets, has long been praised for its health benefits. Research studies have validated the antioxidant properties of green tea that assist in weight loss and improve general wellbeing.

It has been said to assist with treatment of the likes of rheumatoid arthritis, high cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases, infections, and even impaired immune function. It has also been said that it may even lower high blood pressure and help in the fight of tooth decay!

Does it contain caffeine?

Yes, each sachet contains 40mg of naturally occurring caffeine. This is about half the amount of a cafe cup of coffee as a comparison.
